My goal is simple: design, implement and manage an integrated communications strategy that will help grow the Scheller College of Business from a top 25 business school to a top 20 business school by 2020.

Carnegie Mellon University Led strategic planning and day-to-day communications execution for Tepper School’s comprehensive fundraising campaign as well as the alumni relations, major gifts, annual giving, and donor relations departments. Championed brand and messaging consistency across all platforms of A&D communications, integrated with institutional branding and communications. Led comprehensive fundraising campaign communications and branding efforts. Collaborated with client groups to help develop and execute integrated annual communications plans.

August Wilson Center for African American Culture From construction through its first 2 performance seasons, I served as the chief communications officer for this nonprofit arts organization based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Center presents performing and visual arts programs that celebrate the contributions of African Americans in Western Pennsylvania. Developed and implemented communications campaigns that built awareness and attendance for exhibits, performances, programs and events. Created communications strategy for annual fund and capital campaign fundraising efforts. Built the brand name in local, national and international media.
